Rob Katz
President
Rob has over 16 years experience in the mortgage banking and technology industries. As President of DMD, he is primarily responsible for ensuring all actions of the company support our corporate objective of remaining the most successful provider of mortgage banking technology in the industry. He remains focused on meeting the needs of our clients by partnering with leading technology companies and hiring experienced employees. Prior to serving as President, Rob was the Executive Vice President responsible for sales, marketing, and business development activities. Before joining DMD, Rob was the Chief Information Officer with a national, $1.8 billion mortgage banking organization (and a DataTrac® customer).

Sue Sroka
Vice President of Client Services
A 26 year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Sue's mortgage experience spans areas including operations management and software sales. Prior to joining DMD, she served as National Sales Director for The Riverbend Group, an executive search firm specializing in mortgage and technology professionals. Sue has also held management positions at ARGO Data Resource Corporation, INTERLINQ Software Corporation, and Citicorp Mortgage, Inc.

Gregg Holsapple
Vice President of Product and Technology
Gregg has over 11 years experience in the mortgage banking industry. He is skilled in project management, product implementation, and system design. Gregg has proven to be effective in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by translating needs into functional designs. Prior to joining DMD, Gregg was a three-time-over DataTrac® client at AME Financial, Monument Mortgage (Finet.com), and Mical Mortgage. During his tenure at each company Gregg had a hand in implementing and managing the DataTrac solution. In doing so, he was able to streamline the business process, increase production, and lower overhead costs.

Michelle Gable
Vice President of Finance
In Michelle's role as Vice President of Finance she oversees all financial, accounting, and human resources matters for DMD. She is also a senior associate with RA Capital Advisors where, since 2001, she has had broad responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, financings and restructuring advisory assignments primarily in the software, energy, and aerospace and defense industries. Previously Michelle worked as the Director of Client Services and a Senior Financial Analyst with cyberCFO. Prior to this, she worked at The Carlyle Group, managing their international leveraged buy-out funds, and as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant and a FINRA-registered securities representative.

John Aslanian
Director of Sales
As the Director of Sales, John manages our team of dedicated account executives across the country, working with lenders to improve their business operations through the use of appropriate technical solutions. John originally joined DMD in 2001, and was the top producing account executive year-over-year through 2007. Prior to joining DMD, John held several other sales positions, including working with a leading manufacturing ERP software provider.

Michelle Robinson
Director of Business Development
In her role as Director of Business Development, Michelle's responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partner relationships with other leading mortgage technology vendors. Her primary goal is to enhance the user experience through integrations to DMD's open platform. Since joining DMD in 2004, Michelle has held several positions which include Director of Existing Client Sales and Manager of Inside Sales.

Jeb Spencer
Chairman
Jeb is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TVC Capital LLC, the long time previous and current owners of DMD. He was actively involved with Del Mar DataTrac, then Del Mar Database, from 2002 to 2005. During this time the company's customer base grew significantly, funding over $500 billion in loans through the DataTrac suite in a single year. Jeb and TVC Capital jumped at the chance to reacquire the company in 2008. Jeb welcomes the opportunity to help drive continuous improvements to the DMD technology and customer service in an effort to better meet the needs of our customers. Jeb is also a board member of Accordent Technologies Inc, TechnoCom Inc, and MeetingSense Software Inc. Additionally, he was a Co-founder, President and board member of Backwire.com Inc, which was acquired by Leap Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP) in 2001.
