Data Center - Web Based Mortgage Software Solution

As an alternative to installing DMD's applications on your own servers and desktops, you may choose to have DMD host everything in our data center and share it out to your users over a secure internet connection. 

DataTrac SaaS system is fully compliant with the Statement on Auditing Standards, No. 70 Type II (SAS 70 Type II).  This ensures maximum physical and network protection for sensitive customer data.  The following are example of the standards in place to ensure full data protection.

Physical Security

Physical security measures are in place to provide assurance that access to the corporate office and data centers is limited to personnel authorized by management.  Measures are also taken to protect sensitive equipment from fire, earthquake, temperature, and electrical fluctuations.

DMD maintains its customer network at 3 co-location facilities.

Network Security

The network architecture constructed uses a 128-bit encryption algorithm, IP sub netting, packet filtering routers, and firewalls.  On the customer network, web servers are accessible via firewalls configured to allow only certain services to pass from the customer's restricted sub nets.
